Told from Alice's perspective, readers are immersed into the mind of someone with this disease, and the struggles and triumphs he or she goes through on a daily basis. While the story is heartbreaking, it's filled with so much love and inspiration, that readers finish with a smile on their face and a warm feeling in their heart. 5/5 stars!
