Set in Omaha, Nebraska in 1986, Eleanor & Park is the story of two teens who fall in love, even though they both try to resist it. Eleanor doesn't need love right now. Her life is complicated enough as it is. Her stepdad is dangerous, and her mom won't stick up for her. And Park doesn't want anything to do with the "weird, new girl." But through music and comic books, the two start to form a relationship, one that can overcome anything. 5/5 stars!
